If you have software with drivers like Nvidia or AMD, it will able to create “Hotkeys”. This enables your PC screen to rotate. AMD graphics card

If you have installed AMD graphic card, then you have to click on the desktop and select “Catalyst Control Centre”. Once you click it, you will see rotate display option. The option names may differ according to different versions of   Catalyst Control Centre. If you have a new version of it, then click on Common Display Tasks to find the rotate screen option.
